If our power stays on through the big storm, a big thanks will be due to the SVEC right of way crews. Even if we do lose power, SVEC's right of way maintenance program usually helps crews locate problems quickly. A series of circular saws are suspended from the bar on the bottom of the chopper and they shape the trees to keep branches away from the lines.
