Pulling the Curtain on The Wizard of 'O'
Just ask James O'keefe, Hannah Giles or Glenn Beck. It's a dangerous game when you set out to expose the inner workings of the 'Land of O.' As the State of the Union Speech ran on I was secretly wishing Toto would pull the curtain and show us the little man behind the curtain running the teleprompter.
Dorothy could scold: "You're a very bad man!" to which the President would respond that he was "a very bad wizard." It really is more than any wizard can do to unite the country while ramming a big state/socialist agenda down the people's throats. The 'Green Sunglasses' aren't helping either. Every time the man has uttered the words 'Climate Change' lately, I've been busy with the snow shovel!
The Wizard...
...and the curtain pullers: James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles.
Hannah Giles and Glenn Beck discuss ACORN.
Expose the Left at Your Own Peril [click to read]. American Powers details the attempt to discredit O'Keefe. Giles is facing a lawsuit by ACORN. Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh and Palin can all tell you stories as well. [1.] ht/SWAC Girl
American Thinker [click to read] compares Obama to Oz.
'Humbug!' The ACORN tree has been exposed.
Here is the 'companion' TIME Issue [click to read]. I was told that since many Conservatives don't bother to look at the 'Professional' weekly news magazine anymore, someone might miss the full impact of my 'cover commentary.'
Very good. Your comparison to the Land of Oz with the Land of O is great. Pull open that curtain! Let's see who's really behind the wizard.
ReplyDeleteLyman Frank Baum's 1900's tale, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz was originally written as a political allegory from a Populist perspective. The 'yellow brick road' and Dorothy's 'silver slippers' represent the controversy over retaining the gold standard.
