A Very Informal Hiking Group Forms

For the Simple Love of G-d's Mountain Gardens

A number of us in our small group at church expressed a love of places like this so we've decided it would be fun to have some slightly organized hikes. A lot of people love the woods but are hesitant to go beacause their friends who hike all seem to be interested in long hard walks or don't seem to slow down and enjoy the scenery. I've been accused of enjoying forced marches myself, but I really enjoy slowing down and seeing what nature has to teach me these days.

We determined it would be good to provide short, fun hikes we could all share. We'd bring lunch and a change of clothes to church and share the afternoon after 'formal' worship was over.

Then we decided we'd love to share this opportunity with our friends. Consider yourself invited. Email Me [click to email] if you'd like to come along.
