Schwarzenegger Adds New Meaning to 'Terminator'
In a prelude to 'Cap and Trade' on a national scale, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's economy killing Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 [click to read] will take effect in two years.
"[It] is the most far-reaching climate law in America. It takes full effect in 2012 and mandates that Californians cut greenhouse-gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2020, and another 80 percent by 2050.
