Phone Gridlock [click to read]. Fox News reports that the Capitol Switchboard was frozen as calls overloaded the system. I was calling the Code Red list BEFORE Rush Limbaugh gave out the toll free number and already the busy signal was what you got most times you dialed.
Remember 'New Math?' [click to read]. Here's a rally with President Obama claiming his bill will allow employers to give everyone a raise because they'll "save 3000%" under his proposed legislation. If you save 100% the cost is nothing so obviously the insurance companies will now have to pay for the priviledge of insuring you! Phil [click to read], you are right to point out that this is really stupid. There are just a couple of problems; first this is Obamanomics, where the numbers are always ridiculously big all the time and second, the money is always borrowed. I guess its time to start learning Chinese!
More 'New Math' [click to read] that shows how Obama's healthcare fix is paid for. It looks worse than getting stuck with an ARM in 2006 ever did.
