At Least According to Blue Ridge Mass Appraisals
The News Virginian is Going District by District [click to read] and finding some interesting surges in real estate values. This morning's News Leader has a story where the assessor is caught on surveilance video visiting the property for "less than two minutes."
So far Tracy Pyles is the only supervisor who seems the least bit curious....
...this is getting interesting.
